Crafted from American steal. Our smoker was originally a compressed air tank. Fabricated in the Bay area, for a lumber company located in northern California around 1950.
It was acquired after the fires decimated parts of the northern state in 2020.
New life was breathed into it as it was crafted into a Texas style offset smoker in early 2024 by metal artist Riley Waterman.
